These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to https://content-canvaspoint.click (the “Site”) and engagements with Content Canvaspoint (“we,” “us”), Office 9, 48 Test Street, Petaling Jaya 00000, Malaysia.

Acceptance

By browsing the Site or contracting for a retention audit, session, workshop, or advisory retainer, you agree to these Terms. If you contract on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services

We provide professional advisory and facilitation related to app analytics for social app retention. Descriptions on the Site are informational. The statement of work or email proposal for each engagement controls scope, fees, and timeline. We do not sell software subscriptions, payment processing, or hosted analytics products through this Site.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and downloadable materials we create remain our intellectual property unless a signed agreement assigns them. Engagement deliverables (such as retention briefs) are licensed to the contracting client for internal business use. You may not resell our briefs as a product or present them as your original research without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of data and materials you provide. You warrant you have the right to share anonymised exports and that sharing does not violate applicable privacy law or your user terms. We use client materials solely to perform the engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm arising from decisions you make after reading our brief. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

No guarantees

Retention outcomes depend on product decisions, market conditions, and execution outside our control. We do not guarantee specific retention percentages, revenue, or ranking results.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor / Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Site use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape content for competing commercial databases. We may update Site materials without notice.
